By accessing and using Urgent Express services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Urgent Express provides delivery and transportation services including:

• Package and parcel delivery services
• Commercial and residential delivery solutions
• Driver network management and coordination
• Real-time tracking and customer support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the rights and safety of our drivers and other users
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services

Drivers using our platform must:

• Maintain valid driver's license and vehicle registration
• Carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Complete background checks and verification processes
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Handle packages with care and deliver them promptly

The following items are prohibited from our delivery services:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Live animals or perishable items requiring special handling
• Items exceeding weight or size limitations
• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally

Urgent Express provides basic coverage for packages during transit. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of the item, up to a maximum of $100 unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Users are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment is due at the time of service booking
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
• Additional fees may apply for special services or rush deliveries
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
